Chabad and AEPi Shabbat

11/3/2013

Picture
On Friday, November 1st, Chabad on Campus and the Eta Upsilon chapter of AEPi joined forces to host a Shabbat in honor of our fraternity's upcoming 100th anniversary.

As part of our sponsorship, brothers helped purchase food, set up and decorate the Chabad House, our brothers Shay Shahin and Josh Askinazi led services and gave a D'var Torah (summary and reflection of this week's Torah portion), and lastly we helped to design our beautiful AEPi cake! In addition, we are proud to say that the chapter received a grant towards this event from AEPi's National Headquarters for the "Shabbat Across AEPi" initiative. The attendance at this event was remarkable and we all had a wonderful time celebrating together!
